Project Summary
- Using
the same reporting format as the Grant Budget Summary, the Project Summary
presents all funds identified as parts of the same project/parent fund.
For example, a research grant might be divided into several sub-grants each with a unique fund code. Because they are all part of the same parent fund (original award), the Project Summary retrieves both the original award and all the subs for a consolidated project perspective.

Summary by Financial Manager
- Using the same reporting format as the Fund Budget Summary, the Summary by Financial Manager presents all fiscal year funds (D, G, and H funds) for which the selected individual is the financial manager. An optional feature, only one financial manger can be named for a fund and financial manager designation for a fund must be provided by the responsible department.
- Summary by Financial Manager Download option currently available only from the Rice Books menu Summary by Financial Manager query.
Purchasing Card Transaction History
- All purchasing card related transactions for an individual card-holder for either a fiscal year or a fiscal month are included. Transactions include the original purchase, credit memos, and reallocations associated with the original purchase.
