Financial Transactions
The Financial Transactions download provides a transaction by transaction accounting of the financial activity requested. Continuing the above example, the Financial Transactions download provides all transactions related to office supplies including but not limited to budget journals, purchase orders, internal billings, invoice payments and expense transfers.
- It combines
data elements such as vendor invoice number and check number that are found on
the Web Applications queries only by using multiple queries and screens.
- It provides
added benefits over the queries in that users can specify selection criteria
such as fund, org., and date ranges.

Budget Summary
Same data as discussed above for Budget Summary. The only difference on the Download Menu is that the user does not see the activity in the Budget Summary query report prior to requesting/receiving the downloaded data.
Budget Status
Supports the Budget Status query discussed above, it provides financial activity at the account code level on a monthly time frame, i.e., as of the fiscal month end. The Budget Status download offers the added benefit of designating fund, org., and account code ranges to be downloaded.

Purchase Orders
- The Purchase Order download provides data related to committed purchase orders created manually or online. Due to the possibility of multiple commodity and accounting incidences within an individual purchase order, the download record for each purchase order has three download components: the header, the commodity(ies), and the accounting data.
- Purchase order selection criteria include fund, org., and date ranges as well as PO number.

Fund Code List
- A convenience to all users, the fund code download provides a list of all fund codes, active and terminated, regardless of the user’s individual fund/org. security. The download includes many attributes about the funds, especially for research funds (R funds) related to grant administration.
- The Fund Code List downloads do not provide any financial information
- The Fund Code List was recently enhanced to provide parent fund, principal investigator and financial manager information.

Org. Code List
- Similar to the fund code list, the org code list allows users to download all org. code data or a range of org. codes, regardless of individual security. Such a list is useful to departments that bill outside their fund/org. in assuring account and active org. codes are being used.

Account Code List
- Provides a list of all account codes and includes information as to which account codes area budgetary and which allow data entry.

Fund Text List
- R, G, H, and some D funds, often have restriction on how funds can be used. The fund text download provides fund by fund spending/use exceptions and related information such as indirect cost rates and cost share requirements.
