system is based on an Oracle PLSQL program that extracts data
from SCT Banner HR/Payroll and Finance tables and calculates
salary encumbrances over the appropriate time periods. That is
to the end of the fiscal period, end of the grant period, or
the person/position end date. The program also picks up future
dated transactions that have been entered into the Banner
