What We Do
Administrative Systems provides technical support for the University's business, operational, and administrative information technology applications. These include the Banner ERP (enterprise resource planning) system, Hyperion Planning and Budgeting, Student Information Systems, Rice MarketPlace E-procurement, Edgar web applications and data store, Esther self service, Campus Card system and more.

Edgar WebApps/Banner Accounts

Need access to the Edgar WebApplications or Banner? Simply print and complete a security agreement, have it signed by your department administrator and then return the agreement to Administrative Systems User Security MS-97.

We have a new website

WebApps 2.1 is here

WebApps 2.1 is now available to you! Click the 'Explore New WebApps2.1' in the green bar at the top of your screen to check out the new features. You have the option to Save WebApps2.1 as your new default, just look around, or return to WebApps 1.0. To view a short video on the new features, click here.

Online Training Tutorials & Videos are now available. Learn how to use some of the select Web Applications by watching a quick video tutorial.
